No big corporation, just an inventor wanting to make a better hanger.

Founded and invented by Angus Willows, Kangaroo™ started in the dorm room of the mechanical engineer and product designer, with a passion for simplicity through beautiful design.

The first concept of the Kangaroo Hanger was sketched in his sophomore-year dorm room. Angus spent hundreds of hours writing the utility patent while pursuing an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering. After graduating, he began finalizing production-level prototypes.

He started sharing the design on social media. Kangaroo launched in late January 2024, followed by the Alloy Kangaroo Hanger in early May 2024.
