1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Kangaroo Hangers are designed to be loved. If you don't love yours within 15 days of your purchase, let us know at info@kangaroohanger.com and we will help you arrange your return promptly.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Change-of-mind returns
For a change-of-mind return under our Happiness Guarantee, you are responsible for return shipping. We refund the purchase price paid for the returned product; original shipping charges are not refunded. Products may be reasonably inspected and tried, but damage caused by misuse or alteration is not covered by this guarantee. Gift cards and personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email info@kangaroohanger.com as soon as possible, preferably within five days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, including applicable shipping charges. You will not be responsible for the return shipping cost of a verified damaged or defective product. This request for prompt notice does not limit your applicable legal rights or our separate one-year limited warranty.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests are considered case by case and are not guaranteed. Email info@kangaroohanger.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the applicable return process applies. This does not restrict any cancellation or refund right required by law, including rights arising from a shipping delay.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved change-of-mind refunds within 15 business days of approval; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Refunds subject to a shorter legally required timeframe will be handled within that timeframe. We will explain any issue affecting a return before resolving it.

Warranty and other sellers
Our separate one-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Contact info@kangaroohanger.com with proof of purchase, a description and a photo to request warranty assistance. For purchases from another retailer or marketplace, contact the seller about its return process; applicable warranty and legal rights remain unaffected.
